A completed proposal will contain the specified finishes, 3D rendering, and proposed pricing. Once the proposal is signed and a deposit of 50% of the project cost to help cover project materials. In preparation for your project, you'll receive an email 30 days prior to the start. The email contains a readiness checklist which may include packing your personal belongings in the remodeling zone.

We offer full-service residential remodeling, including, but not limited to, kitchens, baths, finished basements, laundry rooms, home offices and custom built-in cabinetry. We work with a broad range of styles, budgets and projects of all sizes. While the industry standard is a 1-year warranty, we set ourselves apart by offering a 3-year warranty on labor and materials.
