Richard C. was very knowledgeable and took time to dig deeper in to finding the source of the issue. I had questions and concerns and he took time to explain exactly what the original diagnosis could have been. After realizing that wasn't the source of the issue he took the time to find the less obvious source of the problem. I appreciated that he investigated enough to find the soy source and gave me detailed info on how to resolve it.
I appreciated the info and explanations in the process. He didn't seem rushed or hurried to get to the next client. He took his time and was thorough. I'd recommend using their services for any heating and cooling needs. He even apologized for it being the 3rd visit out to my house. I appreciated it.

We were calling around frantically trying to get some things installed before our refinance inspection. The scheduler went above and beyond to call dispatch to see if we can be squeezed in the next morning. All other places were way too booked solid from recent storms. Jeremy Laber installed a tough ceiling fan and tough bathroom vent. It was expensive, that's for sure. But the quality and customer service were top notch.
He took the time to make sure it was done right. Also super chill and nice. And everything works great. He warned us about an unavoidable noise from the vent and we chose not to do anything with it. It was nice to be alerted to something instead of it being a surprise. Last electrician I had over, left knowing the install wasn't working and told me to figure it out on my own cause he had other calls to go on. I never called them again. I'll definitely be calling AB May and asking for Jeremy on our next job. Expensive, but you get your money's worth for sure. Thank you!

Luke was awesome. First off he showed up early in the morning. He was courteous and kind even though I personally had some things going on when he arrived. I showed him the unit and he started in on the AC fix. He fixed and tested and retested everything. He checked all of the thing. He spent a good portion of the day making sure I was ready for the upcoming 90+ degree days. He was great.

They are nice but way way way over priced. Upswell upsell upsell. Quote me 18k for a new HVAC system, called two other contractors and they came in around 7.5-8k.

I used to like this company, but things have changed. After a decade of business at two different homes, I'm calling to drop our warranty tomorrow. Each hvac servicing (2 per year) is little more than an attempt to sell us a new system (at a huge markup) or additional maintenance (Evap coil cleaning, blower cleaning) that are nearly $600. Electrical work was similar, an encouragement for thousands in work for a new box.
Any service call you make is unlikely to be covered, just a chance to hard-sell you things you don't need as though you do, and at a wildly above market cost. I estimate I've wasted close to two grand in the last year or two. no more.

He was courteous, kind, informative, and really took the time to help us when we were dealing with our plumbing issues. I am serious when I say how absolutely wonderful he was!
