These people are probably the most in demand plumbers in the area. I don't live in Fort Wayne, and I still call them because of the trust I have in their work. I've used them every time I need a plumber now for well over 15 years. Their parts department is very well stocked with hard to find older parts, as is their trucks, and the employees have knowledge that a lot of people like to use, that kind of knowledge which takes time to pass along, and at the counter, which slows down commerce.

It happens. For my last experience, I waited most of a week to get a guy out to look at my issue, then it was almost 3 weeks till they could start work, THEY ARE IN HEAVY DEMAND. Again, it happens. It was a whole week of jackhammering, digging, and repairing and cementing my slab. But I now have full confidence in what will not be happening in the next 20 years. To me they are utterly trustworthy.

If you look down through the reviews, you will see that they are either 5 Star or 1 star. A few 2 star. Whenever I see none in the middle, it is almost always miscommunication, or someone offended. It is not the quality of work that they are grading on.

On May 26, 2022 I had a representative come out to quote a project for work. As of June 10, 2022 the location has not sent me a quote for work at all. I called the location and was told when the associate answered the phone "This guy is good at getting his quotes out" - That was on June 8, 2022. You would think a customer calling in wanting work done a business would be on the ball and getting in touch, and following through.

That is not the case because I have yet to receive a call back from Northside Plumbing about my quote. If a business cannot get a simple quote out to you as a customer it really makes you wonder "IF" I hired them would they even show up. I do not recommend using Northside Plumbing all. They do not appear to adhere to the standards they claim on the website about honesty, integrity, and dependability. Well as a potential customer I can for one say they are certainly falling short on being Dependable.

First of all, WOW! This company is amazing. I called on Tuesday, and was told that it would be about a week for them to come out, which was PERFECTLY fine! I'm happy that they have so much business. A day after calling, they called me and said someone can get sent out to look at what needs fixed and legit they were here in 30 minutes. Leroy ended up fixing our leak in our bathtub and he was amazing!

He was very informative and very knowledgeable. I am so thankful he was the one to come out and get work done on our house! I will NEVER use any other plumbing company besides North side plumbing. Leroy cleaned up every single piece of his mess (no joke, did not leave a single piece of dirt on the floor) and was so kind the whole time! We thought our repairs would cost thousands, and it was only two hundred dollars. Very amazing company!

Have always had excellent service, but today after spending the weekend with plugged drains in my one bathroom house, I will definitely change to a new company. Was told it would be one week out before they could get to me! Sorry I need bathroom facilities.
