Scott did an amazing job! He heard what my issue was, and immediately called to walk me through my issue. We got it corrected in a matter of minutes, and now my house is cooling down to a comfortable temperature. I cannot thank him enough. TNT is AMAZING! My air conditioner went out and Mitch (manager) and Scott (technician) went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. I have a special needs daughter that cannot tolerate heat and they found a part that I needed ASAP! I haven't received service like that in a long time! I would suggest them to anyone. THANK YOU! Sump pump went out, and more rain was on the way. Called T & T, and within 3 hours, pump was replaced. Workmanship was excellent, installer was friendly and professional. hard to find these days. Quickest appointment available from other plumbers was 3 days. I'll use T & T from now on. Service: Installation
