Engert Plumbing and Heating Inc., has served Knoxville, TN and its surrounding areas since 1891. Founded by Fredric A. Fritz Engert, the son of a German immigrant, the tradition of being a family-owned, Knoxville business continues to the present time through the leadership of present owner, James G. Johnston Jr. Engert Plumbing and Heating Inc. became a part of the Knoxville scene in 1892 when the business was located at 714 Gay Street.
