I called in a semi-panic, as I thought our Nest thermostats (which we detested) had failed, asking for someone to replace the thermostats. Adam was at our house within an hour, new Honeywell programmable thermostats on the truck. He switched them out, patiently showed me how to program them, and waited as I did so. Such a nice patient young man. I will ask for Adam when I need service again. We have a maintenance program with Gilman and have been 100% please with every visit. Thanks to that plan agreement we saved 15% on this call!
