We had a shower that wasn't getting hot enough. Joe was able to quickly replace the old faucet that was stick on with a stripped screw so now I have a nice hot shower! Thank you so much! Professional and punctual. All around, a wonderful plumbing experience! Service: Shower repair

Professional experienced quality. They responded to problem with leaking in bathroom and took care of it right then - installed sink with counter change and new water tank. Very happy. Critical: Value This happened a couple of years ago, but I'm still angry about it. We had a part on our furnace that needed replacement. It was a simple one man job; however, we were charged for the labor of two men because, as I was told by the company, two men were already on the truck when it came to our house. Very disappointing and unfair.

This company was able to come out within a few hours of me calling at the tail end of the snow storm to fix a valve to get my heat working. I'm not disappointed in the job, but I am disappointed in the charges and the lack of transparency. I was charged $240 for the service call alone, which I was told only after I questioned it is the "snowstorm" charge. The regular charge is $140. That is quite an increase just because it is snowing.

I was never told there would be such a hike in the price. Had I known this, I would have waited a day and told him to come the next day. Increases in charges should be revealed to a customer before agreeing to do a job. Overall I paid $360 to get a valve replaced, 45 min of work.

Joe Walsh and team were an easy choice when my parents water heater burst and again when my furnace in my new house was acting up. They are always willing to take a look and give an honest opinion on a residential job of any size and scope.
