If you're new looking for an estimate, don't bother. These guys were recommended to me. When I called it was 3 weeks before they could come give me an estimate. It's a busy time, I can live with that. However, they don't give you an appt time they just call you an hour before they show up. I wasn't thrilled with this because who know if it will coincide with pre-scheduled work meetings, but the recommendation overruled my doubts.
Today they are supposed to show up. Call me to come over, but alas I have a meeting when they want to come, so we schedule for 3pm. It's now 3:51pm and no show, no call to say they would be late. I've basically wasted 3 weeks on these guys. How hard is it to set a time for an esimate? Really shouldn't be so hard - it's as bad, no worse, than the cable company - at least they give you a 4 hour window! WIll look elsewhere for the repiping work.

This is the second time I had their technicians out. What a great group of people. I had all our water shut off valves in the house changed to something more user friendly. Great price, great job. I am a happy customer. My daughter has used this company as well and said the same.
