We've used Direda several times over the past few years. They replaced our hot water heater a year ago and did an emergency repair on our furnace this week. Their response time is excellent and they do exactly what they say they're going to do. They are our go-to contractor for plumbing & heating! My water tank kicked the bucket on a Friday afternoon. I call DiReda Plumbing Monday morning. Got a call back quickly and one of the guys came by to look at the situation as it was stuffed in a small closet in the kitchen. He found one that would fit, called me and said he could have the guys out within 2 hrs. They promptly came and installed it. wasn't easy as they are bigger now with all the insulation than decades ago. Very happy with their work and price! Guys were very professional. I plan on using them again.
