You know the saying, "If you want it done right you need to do it yourself"? Well in this case, it applies. I had PDM come to my house in March of 2022 to replace my water heater, which cost almost $1,900. The technician, John Moon, was very nice, but it was obvious he had no clue what he was doing. The copper piping he installed on the top of the heater was cockeyed, causing it to leak a few weeks after it was installed. Also, the tank had a major dent in it, but he assured us it was just cosmetic.

We noticed over the past few weeks the water was not getting as hot as it should have. We noticed last night the water heater has a major leak on the bottom and it will not ignite again. I DO NOT TRUST having them come back to my house. I have a feeling this was a used heater or a defective one. I ordered a new water heater from Home Depot and I am having a neighbor who is a plumber/contractor install it. I should have done this in the first place. DO NOT USE PDM! THEY WILL SCAM YOU!
