Had my first experience with The Big Wrench yesterday. Made my appointment request online Tuesday and was quickly called back and was told that the plumber would arrive on Wednesday between 9AM and 11AM. The plumber, Mark, arrived right on time, after texting my phone that he was on the way. He quickly solved my problem of a clogged bathroom sink. Price was fair, also. I would definitely recommend The Big Wrench.

Had a clogg that was stopping water out the drains. Called into Ms Jordan. She seemed nice. Got me an appt next day if I recall. They called right before arrival time and said couldn't make it due to technical issues. Day's later still hadn't heard back. Called again. Said their back up and running. Would have plumber call me asap. Never happened. Gave them over a week and just gave up chasing Got really ripped off by someone else ( got charged alnost $150 more then quoted yet was done in under 20-30 minutes and no extra work done) but its done now at least. Was just roots little farther down the line. Easy job but I wouldn't use that other company either. $360 turned into $500. They figure once they done the work they got you.

This review is long overdue. Byron and his team came to do a long list of repairs on the home we just moved into several months ago. They're great - responsive, knowledgeable and kind. I had them come back this week to fix a toilet and they were quick, very helpful and patient in answering all my dumb questions. And Ms Jordan at the office - what a sweetheart. I'll happily pay for their services again.

Al from big wrench plumbing was great. Great knowledge of his craft, did an amazing job at a great price. Would definitely recommend big wrench plumbing if you can get al on the job.
