We had Keith P. come out and he was an absolute gem! He was knowledgeable, educational, professional, and respectful. He explained everything so well. He explained our options. Overall, he was incredibly pleasant to have in our home and once the work was done would have loved to have had him stay for further conversation over dinner. Strong work Keith! If you want to pay over $700 for some simple plumbing work (installing a new connector from the dishwasher to the water source) that took 20 minutes, Bonfe is the place for you. If not, I would go somewhere else. I will say they were prompt in showing up, and you do get a lifetime guarantee. But, over $700 for a 20 minute project and a part that couldn't have cost more than a few dollars? Not fair at all. I'll be taking my business somewhere else in the future that's for sure.

Price gauging.do not call. I had all parts, tech said it would take 2 hours to complete yet they would charge me $1,200. Who would pay a tech $600 per hour to fix a shower handle?

We had a leak in a pipe connecting our gas stove. Our technician, John, repaired the pipe and updated the connection to code in a timely, professional and friendly manner! He also repaired the outdoors faucet just outside the house! We were in a crunch to get this done before our house closing and this company's response was outstanding! Thank you for taking two things off my husband's FINAL HONEY TO DO LIST!

We've had Bonfe service our home for over two years now. Each time a tech comes out, we've also had a great experience. They're up front with cost and not pushy. We do our biannual tune up and it's worth the cost. They check everything and if they find something provide a solution that doesn't break the bank. (Trace was this years tech. On time, friendly and helpful)
