I informed the receptionist that we have a faulty pressure switch on our well pump that needs to be replaced, or at least I believe that to be the issue (I'm not a plumber). If it's not working, it means no running water at the house which she understood. She placed me on hold, got back on and told me "this was not a priority for them, earliest they would send someone is a month out". Caught me off guard, so I asked "if someone does not have running water at their home, that's not a priority?".
Her response was "no, not on our end. A pressure switch is not a priority". I'll assume it's a quicker fix, and there's not enough money in it for them. I understand if you're busy, other situations may be more urgent, but at the very minimum make a small effort to provide better service and speak differently to your customers. Disappointing interaction.

We had our first annual plumbing and home boiler evaluation and maintenance appointment on a home we recently purchased. Our experience was exceptional from the scheduling of the appointment with the office, to the technician. I received emails and texts confirming the appointment and to let me know they would be "early". The technician, Aaron was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He took pictures of the boiler's condition before the cleaning and after. He checked the water quality and toilets and sinks. All for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Aaron and Grand Lake Plumbing.

GLP&H are a great company. They do quality work at reasonable prices. However they are easily two to three weeks backlogged on work. Plan you emergency ahead of time.
