Very happy with the service provided. Last fall our air conditioner failed. I called another hvac service and was told the compressor was inoperable and my unit needed to be replaced. I was quoted in the 10K range for a new unit. It was late fall so I decided to wait till spring. I called Bergin this morning and within 3 hours the technician had it up and running. Very impressed with all aspects of service. Highly recommend!

Critical: Responsiveness I had an engineer come to the house for a full system replacement quote. He was thorough and I really liked his input. However, I was promised a quote in 1 week, it's 4 weeks later and no quote. I've emailed and called twice, I've never even received a response.
