Our furnace died on a few really cold days of the year so far, couldn't have happened at a worse time. We called H-M inc in the morning, and they came out in that same afternoon to figure out what we needed and what we had to choose from. We picked the new furnace out, they ordered it, and it was to come in possibly by the next day or in 2 days from ordering it. Low and behold, they called in the morning to say it was already in and they were sending the team out for the replacement by mid morning.
Two of the technicians came with the equipment, took the old one out, installed the new one, worked on adding some duct work and were done by the end of the day. We had heat! Very friendly tech's, easy to communicate with questions we had, and they kept everything covered and cleaned. Good systems they have going for them, figure it out and get the job done!
