Devon was very professional. I really appreciate that he cleaned up the area after he was done. They were able to take care of a clogged kitchen sink on the same day that I called. I was hoping that they would give me a discount on the diagnose/service charge of $89 because I elected to have the job right away and save him a return trip if I decided to set up an appointment for another time.

I always choose family owned local service when given option and this was no exception. Not only was receptionist very friendly but service was provided same day! Erik and the people at Plumb Right are great! I was in a pinch and needed a plumber to come to a job fast and they were able to be there within 2 hours from the time I called. Erik was on time, very knowledgeable, and even took the time to explain things to me so that I was understanding everything. Our water softener system broke so we called Plumb Right. They were able to send Erik out right away. He showed us where we had a crack in the top of the system right below the meter and pointed out a couple other problem areas. It was a 16 year old fixture so time to replace. They were able to do so the same day! And left us with extra bags of salt after filling up the new brine tank. We are very satisfied!
