I've used McCoy Plumbing multiple times over the past 5 years. These guys are the best in the Charlotte market. Super service, fairly priced, highly qualified and friendly service professionals. This morning we needed a repair done quickly. Jack (@ McCoy Plumbing) arrived within an hour of me texting about the problem. Highly professional as always. Keep McCoy Plumbing at the top of your list for plumbing service in Charlotte. Paul P

They charged me a 2nd time to fix a an additional leak that they undoubtedly caused themselves. I believe they sent a "plumber's assistant " rather than a certified plumber to do the work, and still charged the full plumber rate, but then they tried to tell me it was a mere coincidence that a new leak in a fitting right next to the area they fixed just miraculously and coincidentally appeared immediately after their repair job that was done.

They can spin it however they want but no one anywhere would buy that this was just a coincidence. Such a shame that they couldn't accept responsibility for their own work and make their customer pay a 2nd time for the work they should have done properly the first time.
