I was really pleased with the services of Smith and Keene. I saw an ad on TV for a special they had on their Ductless AC Mini Split systems and called for a quote. They were at my house on my scheduled time for a quote. It was a pretty simple install in a Sunroom on my house. They scheduled the work to be completed within a decent time frame and kept me informed throughout the whole process from when I received my quote until the work was complete.
I was happy with their work and their professional courtesies. Needless to say, my Sunroom is very comfortable now. The AC system works as designed and I feel confident in calling on this company for support and future needs.

After losing power a few times since we bought our home, we decided to invest in a whole-home back-up generator. We got a few quotes and didn't go with the lowest one but with the company we thought will give us the best service and support. Little that we know, we made the wrong decision. 8 months and $13,500 later we got back home last night, around 9 pm, from a trip only to find out we had no power in the house.
The generator Smith and Keene installed didn't start automatically as we were promised. I called Smith and Keene this morning to have them come and check it and their next available appointment is in 10 days. I explained the operator this was a warranty job, but she couldn't care less. I guess knew paying customers are more important to them than warranty work.

AMAZING! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Smith & Keene is a top notch company! When our AC and heating system suddenly quit of "old age", they were quick (same day) to come out and diagnose the issue and make recommendations.and we were new customers. We had estimate for new system by end of day. SInce there was a heatwave coming and we had no AC, they provided two window AC units to use until the new system could be installed.
Who does that anymore - we were blown away by their customer service from start to finish! The new system is in and the techs who performed the two day job were friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. If you are in the market for AC or heating system replacement, do not look any further than S&K. Their pricing was half of what another "local company" would have charged for the exact same Carrier system. We've told all our friends about our wonderful experience! Thank you to the Team at Smith & Keene!

Critical: Professionalism Received this bs letter telling me to "renew" my membership for $200 to "continue" receiving benefits but I have never had a membership or subscription with this company. I would never and will never do business with a company that engages in this kind of misleading/fraudulent "marketing" you should be ashamed of yourselves

I just had my stand-by generator installed, S&K was a pleasure to work with. From the start with Chris through installation with Alex & Mike for the generator delivery and gas line install to Rick for electrical and final. All the services were run perfectly, a real quality professional job. The guys were very respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to see the generator work as well as the installation did.
