Critical: Quality, Value I'm stuck in the cold. They installed new furnace and now I find there is no warranty and nothing they can do to help me. It is almost as if they don't know how to fix it. Service: Heating system maintenance

We've been with Atlantic for over 15 years, and they've never let us down. Our technician Shawn is awesome - friendly, courteous, and professional. The receptionist, Jennifer, always keeps us updated on everything - technician arrival time, yearly service reminders, etc. She listens closely and is very caring. We are extremely happy with everything they've done for us over the years. Highly recommended!

Called and arranged an inspection of HVAC system in June, they said they would get back to me in a few days, which turned to a couple of weeks, I decided to wait it out as I wasn't in much of a hurry, bumped into their technician doing a job in parents in law's house and he said, there was a delay and I will get the quote by the end of the week. As I'm writing this review, it's now been almost 3 months since that first visit. I don't really think they want business, and for someone who came highly recommended to me, this has been an utter disappointment, they haven't reached out to me once!

Highly recommend. Wonderful company. I've used them over the years. They came when they said. Easy to schedule an appointment on a day I was available. Each employee I had the pleasure of dealing with was very respectful and friendly. I will absolutely use them again.

Had them clean my furnace and see about an estimate on other repairs I needed to my hvac system. After 2 weeks they finally got me an estimate which was not itemized. And I haven't heard from them again even though I've called multiple times with no response, they said they would mark my request as "urgent" I still got nothing. Going to go with another company that is actually willing to help me.

I had Atlantic Plumbing replace my old Central Air unit with a 14 Seer HVAC Package. I was very pleased with the work and impressed by the sheet metal work at the base giving it a very clean look. I had some questions about the installation. They sent a technician out the next day and now all is well.
