Before the rough spring weather hit, we knew we had to get a new sump pump. We called around. Very few places returned our call. Seems to be the trend in Indiana! Oh well. So, we did get some calls back and received estimates. We decided on Tiger Plumbing. Excellent choice for us. We received service almost immediately. We did need a new pump as the previous owners before us had put in a ridiculously small pump in.
A new one was put in along with a backup pump and battery. The cost was right on BUT, we were given a coupon as it was the first time, we had used Tiger Plumbing. So, our costs were reduced! They did not have to do that, but the owner insisted. He also looked around and gave us estimates on other projects we would like completed. NO pressure. I like that. They are very professional and cleaned up afterwards, we will use them in our upcoming projects. Highly recommend Tiger Plumbing. New in the area or established residents, I believe you cannot go wrong.
