Theo was great. He had some initial trouble only because he was so thorough and found a leak. Didn't cost extra. Came back a whole extra morning and got the job done putting in a natural gas line. Would definitely hire again.

New home owner - 3rd day of move in a small swimming pool formed around my basement drain. I panicked - Kyle from Blau Sudden Service came right away. I had Blau come out to clean out a sewer line. I was original quoted 300- 500 dollars for the work. When the technician came out he immediately charged me almost 600 dollars and had me pay before the work started. In under 30 minutes he came up and say he couldn't get it cleaned out and didn't refund my money. There was also feces and small pieces of toilet paper on the walls by the sewer clean out that wasn't cleaned up. I had roto-rooter come out the next day and they got it unclogged, cleaned up, and was very professional. Blau Sudden Service is the worst company I've ever dealt with.

David was on time, professional, courteous, nice and super knowledgeable (like all the good things). He diagnosed the issue with our jetted tub quickly! And while our issue turned out to be electrical I have no doubt he could have fixed anything. Great guy! He referred me to an electrician, cleaned up and was on his way. I would highly recommend Blau plumbing and would definitely use them again!
