Took 5 days before I could make an appointment to fix my AC but they came recommended from a good friend so I decided to wait. They gave me a 4-Hour window from 10:00 to 2:00. At 1:50 they call and cancel my appointment. I understand that things happen and schedules change but there were two things they could have done that would have made this right. Call me earlier in the day to cancel so I don't end up waiting 4 hours and not getting my AC fixed.
Or make an appointment first thing in the morning next day. Instead they offered me an appointment two days later with another 4-Hour window. I'm paid by the hour and I lost most of my pay that day and still didn't get my AC fixed. Not acceptable.
